I was worried that this dealership wouldn't know how to service my 2009 MINI Cooper S. They surprised me!! I've had some issues with it at other local shops. I brought it here for an ongoing misfire issue... They fixed it THAT DAY! Also it's being regularly serviced twice a year at This dealership now and I've had nothing but the best in terms of service, and quality of work done.

The customer service of this dealership is seriously lacking.
I went in to pick up a part I had ordered for my Mini Cooper, and when I got there one of the salesmen told the guy manning the parts desk that I was there waiting. The parts person, Jerromy, didn't acknowledge me and instead continued working on his computer. I waited five minutes at that desk before politely saying "excuse me," Jerromy responded by snapping at me with attitude, saying "I'll be there in a minute!" When he finally helped me he was very unfriendly.
Because of the awful customer service practiced at this dealership, I will now do all I can to avoid going back there and will consciously be spending my money elsewhere. -

New service advisors are incompetent, only care about up-selling unneeded work and even over charged me. Make the trip to see Brian Jessel, this is a dealership experience Nanaimo can't come close too. Avoid this store!!
